Getting started

Apelo is pre-launch, validating demand before opening the product. Joining the list gets you into the earliest onboarding wave and locks founding pricing.

We're onboarding in waves as we open capacity. You'll get an email when your wave opens — no need to keep checking back.

The price active when you confirm your spot is the price you keep for that plan, even after standard pricing changes later.

Then you don't pay us. If Apelo doesn't reduce what you owe — a denial overturned or a bill corrected — we refund your Apelo fee in full.

No. Just an email and a couple of dropdowns — no password, no account.

A clinical reviewer for the medical-necessity argument, a medical billing specialist for anything billed, an appeals specialist for the plan language and deadlines, and an advocate who is your point of contact throughout.

Appeals

Prior-authorization denials, medical-necessity denials, coding and administrative denials, and out-of-network determinations you believe are wrong.

If your internal appeal is denied, Apelo drafts your external-review request — reviewed by an independent party, not your insurer.

Your denial letter states your window, typically measured in days. Apelo reads it from your letter and flags exactly how much time you have left.

Yes — it carries the claim number, reason code, and deadline Apelo needs to draft an accurate appeal.

Bills

Any itemized hospital or provider bill — ER visits, imaging, surgery, and anesthesia are where duplicate and unbundled charges show up most.

We compare your original bill to what you actually owe once the dispute is resolved. The fee is a share of that difference — shown to you before you pay anything.

Apelo drafts a follow-up escalation letter and a phone script for a direct call to the billing office's supervisor line.

Yes. Cancel from your account before the next billing date and you won't be charged again.
